Your boss is actually a subordinate too, of his/her boss. So, if you complaning about your boss, so did your boss. They complaining about their bosses too.

It seem this company no need any HR manager. Mostly it can handle any human resource thing by 'magic'.

i've served this company for more than 5 years. along with me there are several guys who's joining almost the same time with me. so we are buddies by time. and when effort and luck talks, so this buddy became a boss. and he's bossing me. wow, i'm so proud that my friend is now a boss. and he's bossing me. that's cool isn't it. later then i realized there are no such friend for a boss. my friend there, must choose, be friend with me or bossing me. and he choose the latest. so, it's my time to back off. i have to act he's my boss, no need friendly smirk, what i need is a subordinate smirk :)

i just visiting pandji 's blog, opening one of the newest post, and *BANG! my eyes struck on one of the comentator. the name is so unique, that i'm sure that's the name of one of managers in my office. i clicked on his name, whalla! my guess is correct. that's the manager blog alrite. complete with his picture. :) seeing the first date of his blog, it seem he just started, so good luck pak ! :) i hope you're not turn into the dark side like mine, blogging about the stupidity in the office :)
