resign of conduct

i came up monday morning, passing the HR Manager who's seem chatting with his staff(s). i thought they just do a normal chatter.

in the next minutes i found out that the HR Manager get dumped by company. the indication is he cannot enter the office, because his access card keep him locked-up outside - failed to open the door.

monday noon, i received information, that the HR Manager had returned his access card. returning the card has only one meaning, that he no longer need that card, in short, he resign.

monday afternoon, i heard from guys next to my table, that the HR Manager forced to resign due to fail (twice?) meeting with global HR Manager from autralia office.
this things causing the Regional Manager ashamed of it. and then push the HR Manager to resign.

the HR Manager said OK that he will resign, but not that day. he request for one month to finish things that he should do.
but apparently the Regional Manager doesn't want him that long, so he instructed IT to void the HR Manager's card.

so, without hesitating, the HR Manager leave.
