one of engineer got an order from HR Manager to take his leave for vacation. because this engineer already collecting 19 days of leave balance.
but actually there's no way to force people to take his leave balance. because some people just love to work. and some people doesn't know where to go for vacation.
our company regulation, that every end of the year, the leave balance will be reset into 6 days if somebody still have more than 6 days leave balance. so it will be major loss if the engineer doesn't want to take it
